about

Sever the ties that bind this broken soul.
Insignificant Memories is the title track and the final song on it's album. A long, melodic, ballad-esque track that speaks on personal relationships and the falling out that one goes through from such. This track has a lot of personal meaning behind it, as one could assume; I found it fitting to have it be the closer to this album, considering the more melancholic nature of it, when compared to the rest of the album. I hope you all enjoy.

lyrics

Our scars of failure burden deep within
Brings back the thoughts that I buried again
Your senseless words have carved this cavity
A crushing weight greater than gravity

No finger to point; the blame is shared
My agony endured, you never cared
The apathy, it forms this great divide
You bite the hand that feeds, now swallow your pride

Sever the ties that bind this broken soul
In time you'll learn to embrace the cold
Separate the heart from reality
Shatter these bonds and set me free

Sever the ties that bind this broken soul
In time you'll learn to embrace the cold
Separate the heart from reality
Shatter these bonds and set me free

No longer willing to suffer this fate
There was a time, but now it's too late
Our dreams of trust succumb to disease
Trapped forever inside our memories
